Anthony served in the Army as a Forward Observer for the 101st ABN in Iraq with deployments in 2006 and 2008. He tells of his struggles transitioning.

He was Homeless twice and still struggles today with Depression, anxiety, survivor’s guilt, and other disabilities.

Anthony also served with Jim Robinson’s son on both deployments, and they became close friends.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) has been diagnosed in nearly 350,000 service members and veterans since 2001, while post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) has affected even more individuals. Combined, these conditions have attributed to twenty veteran suicides each day.
