EQUINE PROGRAMS FOR MORE VETERANS Combat Outpost Robinson, 4 Freedom Equestrian Team & Stockhands Horses for Healing

In a groundbreaking initiative to support veterans, three distinguished Ohio non-profit organizations have pledged to combine their expertise and resources to enhance the availability and accessibility of equine programs for veterans. Harnessing the benefits of horse interaction, these organizations aim to serve those who have served the nation, including but not limited to veterans.

This collaborative effort involves Combat Outpost Robinson, an organization known for its dedication to veteran welfare; Stockhands Horses for Healing, a group applauded for its work in connecting humans and horses in a bond of healing and 4 Freedom Equestrian Team, which has a proven track record of fostering positive change through equine programs.

Another successful year for our Girl Scout Military cookie drive to Adam’s Hope. A total of 222 boxes of cookies along with thank you cards with each donation will be shipped overseas to our troops. Special thanks to the barmaids at VFW post #3809 for promoting and selling. Our organization and the VFW also matched donated sales. All cards were handmade by our Girl Scouts, Junior, Maci Andrews and Brownie, Leila Henderson. Great job girls. Thanks for supporting our troops with this special treat!
